any part of the CustomizedMedia.net Web site, you agree that you have read,
understand and accept the terms and policies of CustomizedMedia, LLC, and
to be bound by them.
When you purchase or use a
product or service by CustomizedMedia, LLC, you agree to all terms and policies
specified here. If and when you submit any content to CustomizedMedia,
LLC, you should own or be authorized to use that content. CustomizedMedia,
LLC and its producers assume no responsibility for the accuracy of any information
provided with a submission, or liability for issues arising from the use
of that information and from the use of the submitted content. All
submitted content is the property of the submitter or the property of its

With or without notice, CustomizedMedia, LLC reserves
the right to (a) suspend or terminate the use of its Products and Services,
(b) terminate account/s, (c) remove any content or digital goods from the

LLC will have no liability for terminating any account/s or deleting any

Multimedia Production Services:
When you purchase Multimedia Production Services
from CustomizedMedia, LLC, you ("Licensee") obtain a non-exclusive license
for commercial and personal use of the produced content. By making
a purchase of any of the services offered by CustomizedMedia, LLC or using
any part of the CustomizedMedia.net Web site, you agree that you have read,
understand and accept the terms and policies of CustomizedMedia, LLC, and
to be bound by them.
Any submitted pre-production content such as text, images, or any other
related material is the property of its respective owner/s. CustomizedMedia,
LLC assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided
with a submission or liability for issues arising from the use of that information
and from the use of the submitted content.
The produced content is hosted on the CustomizedMedia.net server,
if not otherwise specified. CustomizedMedia,
LLC retains copyright to the produced content, including video, audio, music,
design, and promotional and marketing concepts. Licensee shall not
sell, re-sell, or distribute the produced content outside of the purchased
Multimedia Production Services license.
Digital Downloads:
When you purchase and download an intangible product such as audio track,
video clip, or written music from CustomizedMedia.net, you ("Licensee")
obtain a non-exclusive license for personal use, if not otherwise specified
or the purchase is covered under a specific commercial license. Licensee
cannot sell, re-sell or re-license the Downloadable Product. The Downloadable
Product may not be used for profit, transferred, copied, or duplicated,
either in whole or in part, with the exception that Licensee may make one
copy for back-up or archive purposes. Licensee shall not have the
right to alter the Downloadable Product without the express written permission
of the copyright owner.
Refund Policy
Our goal is to serve each of our
customers in a professional manner, provide high quality products and services,
and assure customer satisfaction. We offer intangible goods such as
audio and video content, music, images, downloads, design, hosting,
promotional and marketing concepts. Thus, generally, refunds will
not be issued once an order is processed and completed,
nor can a digital item be returned.
However, we do realize that errors are possible from
time to time, and therefore we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case
basis in accordance with the following guidelines:
Corrupted or Malfunctioning files:
If we determine that a file is corrupted or malfunctioning, CustomizedMedia,
LLC will first try to replace the malfunctioning file, and if we are unable
to effectively do so, will refund the price for that download to the purchaser.
We will not replace files that become damaged after 24 hours after download.
Please, after downloading, immediately make sure your file opens and works
properly.
Download Problems:
If we receive notice by email from a customer experiencing download problems,
within twelve hours after a purchase or a download attempt, we will explore
alternative delivery methods until the customer is satisfied. Under
no circumstances will a refund be issued to a customer experiencing download

the age of sixteen. If notified, we will delete any information in
